Profile: Nigel has been Headmaster of a number of high profile independent schools both in the UK, Middle and Far East. Nigel is a recent former Head of Waverley School. His knowledge and passion for Waverley continues to be invaluable in his current role as educational advisor to Waverley School where he provides educational and strategic advice as the school continues to develop and seek excellence in education. As well as his advisory role at Waverley, Nigel is a Director at Anthony Millard Consulting which offers educational recruitment and strategic consultancy worldwide.

Profile: Angela is a MCIPD qualified HR professional with 25 years of HR experience. She been a senior HR professional for the last 15 years holding Board positions with both stock market listed companies and private businesses. Angela has been a non-parent Governor at Waverley since 2012 and looks after the HR policies and processes within the school and also looks after Health & Safety at the school.

Profile: Joanna is originally from Australia and has 26 years experience in project management within the medical, retail and property sectors.
Joanna is currently the Chairperson of a Housing Association based in Jersey and is responsible for the financial management and overseeing of a wide range of building maintenance projects for a number of residential properties that involves the coordination and delivery of complex solutions involving local government, regulatory authorities and health and safety agencies. She also manages the social media marketing campaigns for a number of local retailers.
Previously Joanna was the Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator for two Orthodontic surgeries in Sydney, Australia, responsible for planning and coordinating treatment for 950 patients, liaising with local surgeons, handling financial systems and bookkeeping, stock control, selecting and training staff, working with patients and parents to create motivation for treatment and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations.
Joanna is a non-parent Governor.

Profile:
Paul (BSc) is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and currently the CFO for Roc Technologies. He has over 20 years’ experience in the technology and professional services industry, providing support and business partnership to CEOs for effective business management. He has previously held positions as the UK Finance Director and European CFO for Microsoft, and European Finance Director for ManpowerGroup.
Paul has a proven history of aligning financial strategies to global business requirements to achieve maximum operational impacts with minimum resource expenditures. He also has expertise in the operational governance of organisations, including the setting up of appropriate compliance models, managing risk, and providing mitigation strategies for approval.
The new governing body has made a purposeful start and provides
good governance. Links with parents, who are highly satisfied with nearly all aspects
of the school's life and work, are EXCELLENT. ISI Inspection, October 2011
